Francis King Regional Park has a wheelchair accessible boardwalk trail through the forest, The Elsie King Trail. It is an 800 metre loop trail that brings people with limited mobility and agility closer to nature. Dog must be kept on leash on this trail.

Francis King is a Regional nature park has eleven kilometres of gentle woodland trails and connections to Thetis Lake Regional Park. In the Heritage Grove, experience magnificent old-growth Douglas-fir trees. Approximately 500 years old, they are some of the tallest in the region. With its many trails and pathways, this park offers us a generous and much needed reprieve. Dogs can be off leash but must kept under control.
